About Me

Hi! My name is Freek du Toit, a professional photographer based in Doringkloof, Centurion. My love for photography started at a very young age and I shot my first wedding in 1984 with a film camera.

I specialise in portrait photography that includes:

I now work with professional equipment using a Nikon Z6II mirrorless camera as well as 24-70mm and 70-200mm f2.8 lenses. I also make use of various Godox lights to get the best results even in daytime.

Rest assured that you will have a relaxed and fun session if you book a session with me. I have a studio at home. I am also fully equipped to do any photoshoot at any location of your choice.

My Specialties

I make use of various studio lights and colour backgrounds. This means I can do normal lighting photos as well as low key photography, whichever you prefer.

When doing photoshoots outdoors, I am equipped to work in any situation. I have a very unique style and I use a technique called High Speed Sync (HSS) to create amazing images.

We can also do stunning night-time photography at weddings and functions and we also have a videographer available when needed.
